olala ! French courses in Chamonix

«The Secrets of Chamonix»

option n°1 :  French language course... 

 Monday to Friday

 (4 half days and 1 full day)

The course is adjusted to level beginner to intermediate - 7- 15 years old

"Model program of a week" (can change depending on the weather)

3 students minimum - 6 students maximum.

Monday  : Class + Enigme au Musée alpin or  à l' Espace alpinisme 

Treasure hunt at the Alpine Museum or at Espace alpinisme  (reading/writting skills)

Tuesday  : Class + meeting with a mysterious guest

To be interviewed by the student to discover his/her identity (oral production/ speaking skills)

Wednesday all day : Low tide at ...Mer de Glace   or  Malabar at Bossons Glacier 

(picnic included)

Class :preparation of the visit at Mer De Glace or Bossons Glacier (understanding skills based on videos and books)

Students conduct a "journalist’s inquiry" in order to be ready for writing a text after their trip to the glacier.

Thursday : Class + writing and recording the article about « Mer de Glace »/ Glacier des Bossons.

(written production)

Friday : Newsletter/ Evaluation (or oral presentation to parents if possible). 

9h-12h on Monday-Tuesday-Thursday & Friday  / 10h-18h (about) on Wednesday

price (20 hours of French language studies) : 350 euros/student

Family (two children/teens registered together): 630 euros
